About Jessie

A South Jersey native, Jessie Cipa has a strong appreciation for everything available right in her back yard. An avid equestrian, Jessie grew up riding and showing horses all over the state. What started as a little girl’s love for horses, quickly taught her the value of hard work, commitment and communication.

Graduating from Rowan University with a Bachelor’s of Public Relations, Jessie put her skills to work in a marketing career spanning 12 years, specializing in the hospitality and luxury retail industries.

Loving South Jersey, everything it offers and the local history inspired her passion for real estate. This passion combined with her extensive strategic marketing knowledge allow Jessie to serve both seasonal and year-round residents in Atlantic and Cape May counties in the home buying/selling process.

Jessie resides locally with her husband, Craig. When she is not in the office or the barn, she can be found at the beach.
